Download the HomeMeal Chef app, complete your profile, upload required permits, pass our kitchen inspection, and start receiving orders. The process takes 2-5 business days.
Is HomeMeal available in my country?+
HomeMeal operates in 48 countries. Check our download page or enter your city on the app's onboarding screen to see if we're available near you.
How does driver onboarding work?+
Apply via the HomeMeal Driver app. You'll need a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and to pass a background check. Approval takes 3-7 business days.
What happens if my order is wrong or missing?+
Use the "Report Issue" button in the app within 24 hours of delivery. Our automated system reviews within 1 hour and initiates a refund or replacement.
Do you offer catering for events?+
Yes! HomeMeal Catering connects you with home chefs for private events, corporate lunches, and gatherings. Visit the Catering section in the app or email catering@homemeal.app.
